union structure tanımlama

XC8 derleyicisindeki Port tanımlamalarına baktım amcalar şöyle bir şey yapmış.

Şu kısmın ne anlama geldiğini kavrayamadım.SSP1STATbits_t SSP1STATbits  ifadesine PIC in 0x214 adresinimi vermiş ?
