" Synchronous Rectification in High–Performance Power Converter Design"

Power converters are becoming increasingly commonplace in the electrical industry. Product manufacturers and suppliers of electrical equipment are demanding ever-increasing functionality (i.e., lower input and output voltages, higher currents, faster transient response) from their power supply systems.



To meet these demands, switching power supply designers in the late 1990s began adopting Synchronous Rectification (SR)—the use of MOSFETs to achieve the rectification function typically performed by diodes. SR improves efficiency, thermal performance, power density, manufacturability, and reliability, and decreases the overall system cost of power supply systems. This article will examine the advantages of SR and discuss the challenges encountered in its implementation.

Overview:
The architecture of a Half-Bridge Power Converter is discussed and related to a National Semiconductor Reference Design for a 48 Volt to 3.3 Volt, 30 Amp Quarter Brick Module. The first section discusses the power flow through the transformer and various parasitic aspects of the transformer. The second section goes into the Type 3 compensation design for Loop Stability. The final section highlights the features of the LM5035 Half-Bridge controller and driver, along with its evaluation board and other applicable topologies for the LM5035.

Hocam 2006 Mayıs'tan beri çalışıyorum.Bu dönemde vizeler, programlayıcılar, hobi devreleri derken vakti öldürdük. Sizin önerdiğiniz devreyi inceledim.Aslında yapabilirim ama trafo olmasa iyi olacaktı. Trafo gibi ağır bir malzemenin olmasını istemiyorum.Param biraz olsun hemen LM siparişi vereceğim.Bu sıralar LM boş durmamıştır heralde. :roll: Yeni modelleri de inceledikten sonra sample isteyeceğim.Sonra tasarıma başlarım. Bir de yazın Kesmez hocamın yanında staj yaparken bir GK tasarlamıştık.Birkaç kez PCB denemesi yaptık ama tam randıman alamadık.Pic'le LCD ve kontrol yapacaktık.Kesmez hocam yeni kart tasarlamış.Ben onu pcb'ye dökünce tekrar deneyeceğiz.Çalışır ve randıman alırsak foruma da ekleyeceğiz.Durumlar bu şekilde. ADSL denen mereti bir türlü bağlamıyorlar.TTNET işkence gibi geliyor bana.Foruma zar zor bağlanmaya çalışıyorum.Hayat akıp gidiyor işte.Yeni yılınız ve bayramınız şimdiden kutlu olsun.Sağlıcakla kalın.İyi günler.
